Get paid instantly on payday

If your employer offers it, your paycheck can arrive in seconds on payday morning instead of by bank transfer. You pay a small fee per paycheck.

Needs a plan with payroll (Payroll, Pro, or Senior Care with payroll).

Steps

1. Open My payroll, then Direct deposit. Instant pay on payday is shown when your employer offers it and your bank can receive instant payments.
2. Read the fee, tick that you agree, and choose Turn on instant pay.
3. On payday morning your pay is sent instantly; the fee is taken from it. Instant pay never sends pay before payday.
4. If an instant payment can't be sent, your pay comes by ACH as usual. Turn it off any time.
5. Your employer may also pay card tips the same day; with instant pay on, they arrive in seconds too.
