Worktrim is owned and operated by "Appcentrus LLC". "We,us,Worktrim" created this text to provide information about our company as well as services provided via our applications. This Privacy Policy focuses and expands on privacy and information including personally identifiable data ("Personal Data") and other information that is collected from visitors via our site and applications.

How We Collect and Use Information

When you interact with us through our Services, You may choose to provide your personal information, such as, email address,your name, company information, street address in order to access some areas of Worktrim. We may also collect information about your location when you use our mobile time clock service. As part of your account, you may choose to provide us with additional information, such as a photo. If you are an employer, we also collect information about your business, payment information and any information you provide about your employees, including your employees contact information and pay rate.
Worktrim or Worktrim Service providers may use website tracking technologies to observe your activities, interactions, preferences, transactional information, and other computer and connection information (such as an IP address) relating to your use of our websites and services. We may also use log files, cookies, and similar technologies to collect information about the pages you view, links you click, and other actions you take when accessing our websites or services.

Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to for our internal purposes. When you deactivate your account, including if you are removed from an employer company account, we will remove your information from view by others on the Service but we may retain your account information internally so that your employer could access your work history in accordance with compliance requirements. You may request to delete your account information by contacting us. However, please be aware that we will not be able to delete any content you have shared with others on the Service. For example, your employer will have a record of your schedule, time-clock record, when you were employed, and will retain the data the they provided to us about you at the time your account was created.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices in order to protect it from unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure. Our measures include data encryption, firewalls, SSL encryption, physical and electronic access controls, and strict rules regarding the access and use of data on our system. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100 percent secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of information we have collected from you.

California Residents

We will not share any Personal Data with third-parties for their direct marketing purposes to the extent prohibited by California law. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know certain information about our data practices in the preceding 12 months.
