Invoices

Where your invoice money goes

Each invoice payment is paid out to your bank automatically once Stripe releases it. Payroll never uses it.

Steps

  1. When a customer pays, the money arrives in your Stripe account.
  2. Stripe releases it after about 2 business days for cards and 4 for bank debits. Worktrim then pays that payment out to your bank, minus its fees.
  3. Invoices, Payouts tab: every payment, its fees, what you receive, and whether it is waiting, on its way or in your bank.
  4. Payroll is paid from your payroll account (or a bank debit per run), never from invoice money.
